How to order

The easiest way to place an order is on our website. Browse our online store anytime of day or night from anywhere in the world.

If you would prefer to order over the telephone please contact us direct on +44 (0) 2476 365945 between 10:00 and 16:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, you can post your order to us. Please confirm your order, the delivery address and the receipt address, if different, and payment details.

Payment

You can pay for your goods online using a credit or debit card on our secure payment system operated by HSBC. If you do not wish to pay for your goods online and would prefer to pay over the phone or by cheque please call +44 (0) 2476 365945 to speak with one of the Peas or Beans Team.

Please make cheques payable to Peas or Beans Ltd and write your name and address on reverse.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched next working day, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, will arrive within 3 working days, and will need to be signed for on receipt.

Returns and Replacements

We hope you love your Peas or Beans purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving them.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without proof of purchase and that the refund can only be given to the original payer. Returns must be in unused and in a resaleable condition. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Goods are returned to Peas or Beans at your own expense, however we will send an exchange by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at no extra cost.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been dispatched.

All account information can be updated by logging into your peas or beans account.
